If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.

Upon approval, we will guide you through the return process and provide a return address. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs, and you will receive a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery. For products that were on sale or purchased with promotional discounts, refunds may not be applicable, depending on the terms of the promotion.
